Supplementary Agreements, Place of Jurisdiction, Applicable Law
Any supplementary agreement requires the written form.

The place of jurisdiction shall be 63322 Rödermark, Germany if the User is a merchant in terms of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch).
